The Hanna H. Gray Fellows Program provides up to two years of funding and individualized career development for exceptional postdoctoral scientists in the basic biological and biomedical sciences. The program is designed to help fellows transition to independent, tenure-track faculty positions by offering salary/stipend support, additional funds for research-related expenses, and access to a vibrant scientific community. Fellows receive tailored professional development, personalized guidance for the faculty job search, and opportunities to participate in HHMI Science Meetings and retreats. Upon securing a qualifying faculty position, fellows may transition to the Freeman Hrabowski Scholars Program for extended support.
