This fellowship supports advanced doctoral students engaged in psychometrics or closely related fields by providing a year-long mentored research experience. Fellows begin with the Ida Lawrence Research Summer Internship at ETS, followed by a year of dissertation research conducted under the guidance of both an academic advisor and ETS mentors. The program aims to develop future leaders in educational assessment, psychometrics, statistics, and quantitative methods by fostering innovative research and professional growth.
