Description
Harvard College’s Office of Undergraduate Education (OUE) administers the Instructional Meeting Fund as part of its Instructional Support Fund. Previously called the Instructional Lunch Fund, it supports regular meetings between course heads and teaching fellows or teaching assistants to discuss course-related matters. The Office of Research Administration lists the opportunity across all Faculty of Arts and Sciences disciplines.
The fund supports the ongoing involvement of instructors in section teaching and the preparation of instructional support staff. FAS teaching guidance identifies weekly luncheon meetings as a supported use and describes regular meetings to review course material as helpful to instructional staff.
