Description
The Harvard Culture Lab Innovation Fund (CLIF) provides financial support for Harvard University faculty, staff, students, postdoctoral researchers, and fellows to develop and implement bold, innovative projects that advance accessibility, respect, belonging, and inclusion across the Harvard campus. The fund is designed to empower members of the Harvard community to dedicate up to a year to a single impactful idea, with the goal of directly improving campus culture and fostering meaningful participation for all.
Projects may address a wide range of topics related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and community-building, and must demonstrate measurable outcomes, innovation, and a direct connection to campus life. In addition to funding, selected teams join a cohort of peers and receive support to improve and scale their initiatives.
