The Hubbard County Coalition of Lake Associations (HC COLA) Charitable Fund, administered in partnership with the Northwest Minnesota Foundation, provides financial support for projects that protect, preserve, and enhance the quality of lakes and watersheds in Hubbard County, Minnesota. The fund prioritizes charitable and educational activities that encourage cooperation among member lake associations and promote environmentally sustainable practices. Supported projects may include early detection of aquatic invasive species, water quality research, shoreland development studies, educational outreach, restoration of shoreline habitats, and other initiatives aligned with the fund’s mission.
