Description
Healthy Communities Delaware, administered by the Delaware Community Foundation, funds projects that foster sustainable improvements in the conditions essential for individuals and communities to thrive across Delaware. The program supports initiatives in areas such as humane housing, lifelong learning, a healthy natural environment, meaningful work and wealth, reliable transportation, basic needs for health and safety, and strengthening belonging and civic engagement.
