Description
The Healthy Futures Fund is a Field of Interest Fund administered by the Community Foundation of Dunn County. Established after the dissolution of the Menomonie Community Health Foundation, the fund is dedicated to supporting health-related programs and services in communities served by the Mayo Clinic – Red Cedar Center. Grants are awarded either through the Foundation’s standard competitive process or by direct selection of organizations by the Board of Directors. The fund aims to address local health needs and enable impactful charitable work in the region.
