The Healthy Futures Fund is a Field of Interest Fund administered by the Community Foundation of Dunn County. Established after the dissolution of the Menomonie Community Health Foundation, the fund is dedicated to supporting health-related programs and services in communities served by the Mayo Clinic – Red Cedar Center.
