Description
Healthy Seniors/Healthy Youth Grants and Healthy Futures Grants are quarterly, health-focused funding opportunities offered by Four County Community Foundation. These grants are supported by tobacco settlement funds and are intended to improve health outcomes for seniors and youth in southeastern Lapeer, western St. Clair, northern Macomb, and northeastern Oakland Counties in Michigan.
