    Description

    This program is designed to attract and support highly talented women scientists—especially those from abroad—who are poised to become leaders in their scientific fields. The initiative funds up to four permanent W2 or W3 professorship appointments per call in partnership with German universities. Its aim is to help outstanding women researchers secure their first permanent professorial position, advance their careers, and strengthen the representation of women in top scientific roles within the Helmholtz Association and its partner universities.
