The Hennessy Fellows Program, a partnership between the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and Hennessy, is an exclusive leadership and professional development opportunity for exceptional graduate students from select historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). The program provides immersive experiences such as interactive online training, a dynamic leadership boot camp, and high-impact networking designed to prepare participants for corporate and community leadership roles. Fellows receive significant financial support and access to executive coaching, corporate immersion, and a robust peer and alumni network.
