Description
The Higgins Family Fund, managed by the Beckley Area Foundation, was established to enhance the educational experience of Raleigh County (WV) students by supporting performing arts initiatives in local schools. The fund honors James C. Higgins, a community leader and former BAF board member, and aims to introduce and expand access to the performing arts for school-aged children in the Beckley area. Funding is intended for projects that present performing arts exhibitions to students and must be completed within the academic year following the award.
