Description
This grant supports the "Back to Our Future" (B2OF) initiative, an intensive intervention program targeting disconnected youth ages 14–21 from five specified Illinois communities who have been separated from district schools. The program provides comprehensive reengagement services, including educational pathway support, employment connections, and behavioral and mental health services. Family-based support is also offered, connecting participants' families to in-house and external resources as needed. Services are delivered in collaboration with sub-vendors, providing individual and group therapy, mental and behavioral health assessments, and community-based outreach.
