--- ## Description This scholarship rewards high-achieving high school students who demonstrate outstanding academic performance as well as holistic excellence, such as leadership, extracurricular involvement, and community service. The award is intended to support students who not only excel in their studies but also make a positive impact beyond the classroom. Applicants are encouraged to present a well-rounded profile highlighting academic accomplishments, honors, awards, and meaningful contributions to their communities. --- ## Due Dates - Applications are accepted on a rolling basis with monthly deadlines. - Students who apply earlier in a cycle have a greater chance of selection. - Applications are considered for up to 3 months after submission; updated applications may be submitted after this period. --- ## Funding Amount - Award amount: $1,000 - The scholarship is a one-time, non-renewable award. - Multiple awards may be given each cycle, depending on the pool of applicants. --- ## Eligibility - Open to all high school students (no geographic, GPA minimum, or membership restrictions). - Applicants should be comfortable providing a video and/or written testimonial about their achievements and the scholarship. - No purchase or HonorSociety.org premium membership is required to apply. --- ## Application Process 1. Complete your Honor Society profile and upload a headshot. 3. Prepare the following materials: - Written summary of your current academic program and achievements (academic, professional, personal, honors, awards, etc.). - Essay (up to 500 words) describing the relevance of your studies and achievements to your life and/or goals. - Current GPA and a copy of your transcript (unofficial transcript acceptable for application; official transcript required before disbursement if selected). 4. Submit your application through the [scholarship portal](https://www.honorsociety.org/high-school-achiever-scholarship-0). 5.
