Description
The High School Apprenticeship Challenge, offered by the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center (MLSC), provides funding to facilitate paid internships for underrepresented and low-income high school students throughout Massachusetts. The program aims to increase access to the life sciences sector by connecting students from diverse backgrounds with hands-on industry experiences and rigorous pre-internship lab training. These internships help students build essential biotechnology/biomedical and professional skills, foster early career exploration, and support a more diverse STEM workforce pipeline in the Commonwealth.
