Description
The Higher Education program from the Alaska Space Grant Program funds faculty-led projects that advance the development of the STEM workforce in areas essential to NASA's strategic goals. The program supports the creation or revision of college-level STEM courses and curricula as well as interdisciplinary student team activities that align with NASA workforce needs. Emphasis is placed on authentic, hands-on learning experiences, fostering innovation in education, and encouraging participation from women, underrepresented groups, and early career faculty.
