Description
Highmark BluePrints – Large is part of BluePrints for the Community, a grant program of the Highmark Delaware Fund at the Delaware Community Foundation (DCF). It supports health-related projects and services across Delaware that increase access to care and/or reduce health disparities. The program’s five priorities address both healthcare delivery and the financial, social, and environmental conditions connected to health.
Supported areas include preventative care, disease-specific work, health literacy, and research, alongside efforts addressing food insecurity, housing stability, and financial resource strains. Other priorities encompass mental health, physical activity, social connections, neighborhood safety, transportation, environmental health, and infrastructure. Health workforce projects may focus on training, upskilling, education, or improvements to provider practices.
