Description
The Highmark BluePrints – Large grant, administered by the Delaware Community Foundation, supports nonprofit and community-benefit organizations advancing health equity in Delaware. This program funds projects that increase access to healthcare and/or reduce health disparities, with a focus on underserved or uninsured populations. Eligible proposals must align with at least one of five priority areas: healthcare access, economic stability, social/community context, neighborhood/built environment, or health workforce development.
