Description
BluePrints for the Community is a grant program of the Highmark Delaware Fund, a donor-advised fund at the Delaware Community Foundation (DCF). Its Small Grants support health-related projects, programs, and supportive services benefiting residents across Delaware.
The program gives preference to work that increases access to health care for uninsured or underserved people and reduces health disparities in minority communities. Other priorities include health-focused early childhood development, recruitment and training of health care professionals, and initiatives addressing social determinants of health. These priorities guide support for nonprofits delivering health-related services and programs throughout the state.
