The Highmark BluePrints – Large grant, administered by the Delaware Community Foundation, provides funding to nonprofit and community-benefit organizations for projects that improve health outcomes across Delaware. The program aims to increase access to healthcare and/or reduce health disparities among underserved and uninsured populations. Projects must address one of five focus areas: healthcare access, economic stability, social and community context, neighborhood and built environment, or health workforce development.
