Description
The Vermont Community Foundation offers Hills Grants through the Hills and Hollows Fund to address long-standing local needs and immediate situations in Poultney, Vermont, and nearby communities. Funding supports existing services, seeds promising new projects, and helps organizations outside Poultney extend their outreach to area residents. The fund seeks sustainable, healthy, vital, and democratic communities.
Supported work includes education; services for children, elderly residents, and family health; food security; cultural, built, and natural heritage; natural-resource stewardship and climate-change responses; and community engagement and belonging. The fund encourages fresh ideas involving Poultney residents in planning and implementation.
