Description
The HIP Mentor Matching Program, part of the American Society of Hematology's Hematology Inclusion Pathway (HIP), is designed to help medical students and residents applying for the HIP Medical Student Award or HIP Resident Award who have not yet secured a research mentor. Through this program, ASH matches applicants with experienced hematology investigators and preestablished research projects, reducing barriers to research participation and fostering the next generation of leaders in hematology. In addition to research mentorship, matched participants receive ongoing career development guidance throughout their training and residency.
