Description
This program aims to promote and strengthen the capacity of Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) to carry out innovative education, applied research, and related community development initiatives in food, agriculture, natural resources, and human sciences (FANH). The program encourages projects that attract, retain, and graduate outstanding students, enhance the quality of postsecondary instruction, provide access to FANH careers, and foster academic and career development. Projects may include formal education components, applied research, and community outreach, with the potential to serve as models for other institutions at the regional or national level.
