This funding opportunity provides support for Historic Structure Assessments—detailed, expert evaluations of the physical condition and preservation needs of historic buildings or structures in Colorado. The grant is intended to help property owners, nonprofits, and public entities make informed decisions about restoration, maintenance, and preservation planning by funding comprehensive assessments prepared by a Colorado-licensed architect or structural engineer familiar with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
