Description
The Hills and Hollows Fund, managed by the Vermont Community Foundation, provides grants to support educational opportunities, children and families, and projects that enhance the sustainability and vitality of Poultney and its neighboring communities. The fund encourages both established services and new, innovative projects, and welcomes applications from organizations outside Poultney that wish to extend their outreach to local residents.
