Description
The Nebraska Department of Economic Development's HOME-American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) program provides competitive funding for the development of affordable rental housing and nonprofit capacity in Nebraska, excluding the cities of Omaha and Lincoln. The program is designed to address homelessness and housing instability among vulnerable populations, including those who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, fleeing domestic violence, or at greatest risk of housing instability. Funding is available through September 2030, with a strong focus on creating and sustaining affordable rental units and supporting nonprofit organizations involved in housing development and supportive services.
