    Description

    The Home Repair Network Program (HRN) provides funding to address critical housing needs for low- and moderate-income individuals across Maine. Administered regionally, the program supports rehabilitation of single-family and multi-family units, demolition and replacement of unsafe housing, installation of potable water and sewer systems, energy conservation upgrades, mitigation of hazardous materials (lead-based paint, asbestos, radon), removal of architectural barriers, and access ramp installations. The City of Rockland acts as the lead community, partnering with Maine Community Action Agencies and approved entities to deliver these services.
