Description
The Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP), managed in Iowa by the Department of Public Safety / HSEMD and supported by FEMA, funds a wide range of activities to enhance the state’s ability to prevent, protect against, respond to, and recover from potential threats and emergencies.
