Description
The Homeless Assistance Program (HAP), administered by the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation, provides operational funding to organizations delivering emergency shelter, rapid rehousing, eviction prevention, and related supportive services to Alaskans experiencing or at risk of homelessness. HAP works in partnership with local agencies and the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority to address community-identified needs, supporting a continuum of care for vulnerable populations including youth, families, veterans, and single adults across 16 Alaskan communities.
