    Description

The Homerun Grant is one of The Cure Starts Now Foundation’s classic grants, supporting basic, translational, clinical, and delivery research. It is designed as a broad funding opportunity within the foundation’s “homerun cure” strategy: pursuing a cure for all cancers by starting with pediatric brain cancer. Projects receive funding through either the foundation or the DIPG/DMG Collaborative, depending on funding availability and the research concentration of the proposal.

The foundation’s core research priorities are diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG), diffuse midline glioma (DMG), and medulloblastoma. It also has a history of supporting other pediatric brain tumor research that contributes to its mission. The Homerun Grant is open to international applicants and industry partners.
