Description
The Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS), established by the Research Grants Council (RGC), aims to attract outstanding international students to undertake full-time PhD studies at Hong Kong’s leading universities. The scheme emphasizes academic excellence, research potential, communication skills, and leadership ability, and is open to candidates in all academic disciplines. Each year, approximately 400 fellowships are awarded to high-caliber candidates, with selection panels covering sciences, engineering, medicine, technology, humanities, social sciences, and business studies.
