--- ## Description This scholarship honors the memory of Jacky Hall by supporting mothers and birth mothers who are current or former clients of Hope Choice (formerly CareNet) Pregnancy Center in pursuing higher education. The award is specifically intended for those who have received a pregnancy test at CareNet, with preference given to students planning to attend Amarillo College or West Texas A&M University.
