Description
This grant opportunity, under Horizon Europe, aims to establish a forum for horizon scanning and foresight in future enabling digital technologies. The funded action will bring together academia, research and technology organizations (RTOs), industry (including SMEs), and other stakeholders to collaboratively envision, inspire, and co-create innovative ideas for digital technologies of the future. The scope spans from fundamental research to proof of concept, with a strong emphasis on iterative, multidisciplinary, and civil society-engaged approaches. Projects must also ensure alignment with national or regional innovation initiatives and connect with ongoing or planned European Commission activities.
The initiative is intended to foster European leadership in foresight activities, accelerate uptake of novel advanced technologies by industry and society, and support the expansion of innovation ecosystems across Europe.
