Description

This grant program, administered by the Oklahoma City Community Foundation’s Hospice Foundation of Oklahoma, funds initiatives that enhance end-of-life care, expand education for healthcare professionals, and raise public awareness of hospice and palliative care options across Oklahoma. The program also supports the development and improvement of social model hospice facilities and services. Funding is intended to benefit Oklahomans by promoting high-quality, compassionate palliative and hospice care, and by increasing understanding of these services among both professionals and the general public.
