--- ## Description This program connects postdoctoral scholars in chemistry, physics, astronomy, or allied fields with host institutions for mock faculty interviews. The goal is to better prepare fellows for academic job searches by offering structured feedback, fostering a supportive environment for sharing experiences, and building a cross-disciplinary professional network. The Research Corporation for Science Advancement (RCSA) collaborates with selected host institutions by providing guidelines and resources to ensure effective feedback and a productive experience for both fellows and hosts. --- ## Due Dates - October 1, 2026: Host institution application deadline Applications open in July 2026 and are due in October.
