Research Corporation for Science Advancement (RCSA) pairs RCSA Fellows with host institutions for full-day mock interviews and structured feedback before they begin their faculty job searches. Fellows are postdoctoral scholars holding a Ph.D. in chemistry, physics, astronomy, or allied fields. RCSA partners with host institutions to provide guidelines and resources for structured feedback. Host nominators organize and oversee visits, prepare with an RCSA program director, and engage in dialogue about strengthening faculty recruitment and retention.
