This grant program empowers state and local REALTOR® associations to address affordable housing challenges by supporting initiatives that improve systems, programs, and policies to expand access to housing. Grants are available at three levels: Level 1 for educational efforts, Level 2 for community-wide activities, and Level 3 for new or expanded projects requiring collaboration with non-REALTOR® partners. The program positions REALTORS® as leaders in their communities and provides resources, toolkits, and success stories to help associations design impactful initiatives.
