Description
The Housing Planning Grant Program, administered by the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), provides funding to local governments and regional entities to support the development or update of housing needs assessments (HNAs), housing action plans, and strategic growth and water supply elements of comprehensive plans. The program is designed to help communities understand their housing challenges, plan for strategic growth, and comply with state legislation (SB24-174). Eligible activities include both new plans and revisions of existing documents, with a focus on actionable and compliant deliverables that address local and regional housing needs.
