Description
The North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) offers operating grants to certified Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs) under the HOME Investment Partnerships Program. The grant is designed to support the capacity of CHDOs to develop, sponsor, or own affordable housing for low- and moderate-income households throughout North Dakota. Eligible CHDOs must either have an active HOME set-aside project or reasonably anticipate receiving a HOME set-aside commitment within 24 months.
