Description
This scholarship, a partnership between the American Academy of Sleep Medicine Foundation (AASM Foundation) and the Howard University Medical Alumni Association (HUMAA), provides direct support to medical students at Howard University College of Medicine who demonstrate both financial need and a strong interest in sleep medicine. The program aims to reduce barriers for underrepresented students and encourage future physicians to engage with the field of sleep health. Up to five scholarships are awarded annually, each valued at $3,000, to be used for tuition, housing, or other essential educational expenses.
