Description
Atlas Network’s Human Dignity Fund is part of its Dignity Unbound project, supported by the John Templeton Foundation and the Smith Family Foundation. It funds partners around the world whose initiatives advance dignity-based solutions to poverty and strengthen institutions of liberal democracy. The fund reflects Atlas Network’s emphasis on bottom-up approaches and policy reforms that secure dignity.
No particular project type or issue area is required. Competitive proposals must show how an initiative will directly increase human dignity or broaden understanding and support for human freedom as a foundation for dignity and prosperity. Suggested areas include property rights, equal access to markets and justice, fewer regulatory barriers to work and enterprise, and public appreciation for dignity and liberty.
