    Description

    The Human Services Professional Renewal Program, funded by Lilly Endowment and administered by United Way of Central Indiana, is designed to promote the wellness and renewal of human services professionals. The program allows eligible professionals to develop personalized plans for professional and personal restoration, which may include activities fostering relaxation, creativity, learning, self-care, and personal growth. The overarching goal is to help participants reconnect with their sense of purpose, enhance well-being, and sustain their positive impact in the workplace. Renewal activities can range from travel, cultural exploration, and family connections to wellness retreats and local experiences, tailored to what is most meaningful for the individual.
