Description
The fellowship provides recent PhDs in anthropology and closely related fields with the time and resources needed to transform completed research into publishable works, such as books, monographs, journal articles, or book chapters. The program is open to scholars regardless of methodology, research location, subfield, institutional affiliation, country of residence, or nationality. Independent scholars are encouraged to apply. The Wenner-Gren Foundation seeks projects with comparative perspectives, innovative approaches, or integration of multiple subfields, and especially values proposals that may model new genres of scholarly communication or significantly advance anthropological knowledge.
