Description
The IADR Cariology Research Group (CRG) Science Award recognizes outstanding research abstracts in cariology, erosion, and related subjects. Established by the CRG of the International Association for Dental Oral and Craniofacial Research, it aims to promote the quality of science presented at the association’s annual scientific meeting.
The award evaluates the scientific work described in submitted abstracts through peer review and final assessment by an Award Committee. Research is considered across six sections, covering clinical and epidemiological studies, de-/remineralization, detection and risk assessment, erosion, fluoride and calcium-based products, and microbiological studies and biofilm. Up to three abstracts may receive recognition.
