The IADR Microbiology/Immunology Group Travel Awards, including the Susan Kinder Haake Award and Arnold Bleiweis Award, recognize and support early career researchers (pre-doctoral or post-doctoral students within three years of earning their PhD) for outstanding research on the microbial basis of oral infectious disease. These annual awards honor the legacies of leaders in oral microbiology and immunology, aiming to foster excellence and professional development in the field. Up to four travel awards are given each year to assist with the costs of attending and presenting at the IADR General Session & Exhibition.
