Description
The IAJS Faculty Grant Program at Stanford University funds early-stage research projects that advance the mission of the Institute for Advancing Just Societies (IAJS). The program seeks proposals addressing challenges related to racial and ethnic categorization—including tribe, caste, and nation—with a strong emphasis on practical, solutions-oriented research. Projects that involve collaboration with external partners (such as community organizations, policymakers, or practitioners) and those contributing to the Flourishing Cities Initiative are especially encouraged. In addition to research funding, awardees may request additional support to co-host workshops designed to extend or disseminate research findings.
