The IASH-SSPS Research Fellowships are designed to foster outstanding interdisciplinary research, international scholarly collaboration, and networking between visiting Research Fellows and academics in the School of Social and Political Science (SSPS) at the University of Edinburgh. Fellows are expected to collaborate with SSPS staff, engage in interdisciplinary events at the Institute for Advanced Studies in the Humanities (IASH), and contribute to the academic community through seminars, workshops, and joint research activities. Fellows receive office space, access to research facilities, and support for travel and accommodation.
Expected outcomes include joint publications, collaborative funding applications, and organization of research seminar series or workshops with SSPS partners.
