Description
The IBRO Parenthood Grants are designed to support early-career researchers facing challenges in maintaining their scientific productivity during pregnancy, parental, or adoption leave. The program provides financial assistance to cover research-related expenses (such as reagents, facility costs, outsourced experiments, or data acquisition), as well as travel and child-care costs for conference attendance and support for grant writing or consultation services. The aim is to empower researchers to balance family and career, ensuring continued progress and competitiveness during critical early-career stages.
