Key Information: Applicants must be Idaho biomedical researchers at INBRE partner institutions, or their eligible postdoctoral fellows or graduate students.
The Technology Access Program, administered by the Idaho INBRE Data Science Core, helps biomedical investigators access specialized core facilities and training. Supported research includes metabolomics, proteomics, transcriptomics, genomics, imaging, and molecular characterization. The program also supports national-center training for students and faculty who need advanced analysis of large datasets, including those generated by transcriptomics and proteomics experiments.
Projects primarily use facilities in Idaho, Alaska, Hawaii, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, and Wyoming, although facilities in other states may also be proposed. Priority goes to projects whose results will support grant applications or publications within a year. Review emphasizes scientific merit, feasibility of generating useful data, and timely access to core resources.
