Description
Ideas — High-Return, Innovative, Transformative (iHIT) is one of four mechanisms in the Delaware Bioscience Center for Advanced Technology Grant Program. Funded by the State of Delaware and administered through the Delaware Biotechnology Institute, CAT seeks to grow Delaware’s life-science sector and create high-tech jobs.
iHIT supports development-stage bioscience ideas that promise high economic returns through innovative, transformative research. It is intended to help applicants develop novel lines of multidisciplinary research. Interdisciplinary or cross-sector collaborations with clear pathways to economic and workforce development outcomes are encouraged.
