    Description

    The iDMentorship365 Program is a yearlong initiative by the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) designed to foster one-on-one mentorship between emerging and experienced professionals in the field of infectious diseases. The program offers structured guidance, curated professional development resources, and a supportive community to facilitate career growth, specialty decision-making, and networking. Mentees and mentors are expected to meet at least four times during the program year, with additional programming and events available. Participation is free for both mentors and mentees.
