Description
The Institute of Historical Research (IHR) Doctoral Fellowships are designed for postgraduate students in the writing-up phase of their doctoral research in history. Fellows benefit from close mentorship by the IHR’s Director and staff, including career guidance, support with job and postdoc applications, mock interviews, publication and grant advice, and access to the IHR’s extensive academic partnerships. The fellowship also provides access to the Wohl Library, electronic resources, research training courses, tailored workshops, and a seminar programme where fellows present their research. The program aims to foster a supportive academic environment and enhance professional development within the School of Advanced Study.
