Established in 2004, the prize recognizes courageous, grassroots partnerships that bridge divides, foster trust, and inspire others to pursue coexistence and reconciliation in a region marked by conflict. The award aims to shine a spotlight on those who demonstrate innovation and leadership in breaking down barriers and building lasting peace.
