--- ## Description The IMA Research Foundation Doctoral Scholars Program is designed to support doctoral students at various stages of their education who are pursuing research in management accounting. The initiative aims to increase the number of professors teaching and conducting research in this field, thereby advancing management accounting research and practice. Through staged funding, the program enables doctoral scholars to undertake impactful research projects, contribute to academic literature, and prepare for academic careers as educators and mentors in management accounting. --- ## Due Dates - Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. --- ## Funding Amount - **Stage I:** Up to $2,000 for students who have completed their first year of doctoral coursework. - **Stage II:** Up to $3,000 for students who have completed their second year of doctoral coursework. - **Stage III:** Up to $10,000 for students who have completed all required doctoral coursework. Funding can be used for research-related expenses and/or as a stipend for full-time students.
